Founded in 1985, KAXIGE (Zhejiang Honghuo Electric Co., Ltd.) has grown from a local workshop into a certified manufacturer trusted by wholesalers, brand owners and OEM partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Every switch, socket and plug we ship is designed, molded, assembled and tested in our own facility.
Company History
Zhejiang Honghuo Electric Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhejiang Huada Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.) founded in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province.
Focused on European-standard wall switches, sockets and plugs; steadily expanded production lines and export capability.
Obtained China Compulsory Certification (3C / CCC).
Certified to IEC 60669-1 and IEC 60884-1 international standards; added ISO9001, CE and RoHS certification.
Recognized as a China Grade-A Enterprise; built an in-house design center capable of developing new molds; 80+ product appearance design patents to date.
Two production bases totaling roughly 23,000-88,000㎡, serving customers in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia for over 16 years of export experience, including partnerships spanning up to 20 years.

KAXIGE's production base is purpose-built for high-volume, export-grade manufacturing. Our facility combines automated injection molding, stamping, assembly and testing lines, supported by an in-house mold design team - allowing us to develop new molds without relying on third parties.

Production Process
Step 1 - Injection Molding: Housings, panels and structural parts are produced on our 25 injection molding machines using fire-resistant, certified raw materials.
Step 2 - Stamping: Metal contacts and internal structural components are precision-stamped on 8 stamping machines for consistent conductivity and fit.
Step 3 - Assembly: Components move through 26 assembly lines, combining molded and stamped parts into finished switches, sockets and plugs; automatic screw machines ensure consistent, reliable fastening.
Step 4 - Quality Testing: Every batch undergoes 100% inspection before packing, carried out by our dedicated QC team.
Step 5 - Packaging & Shipping: Finished products are packed per customer requirement and prepared for export.
